Having worked with PACSO for a number of years and understanding the importance it has for families with children with additional needs its a no brainer to raise money for them.

The AJ Bell Great South Run has been the world’s most famous 10-mile run for over 30 years, and each year it gets even better!

It’s a run for everyone, of all ages and abilities – an inclusive celebration of running, with music blazing, crowds buzzing, legs pumping and fists bumping.
